Engineered Solutions Group
Davinder Sekhon is responsible for all aspects of Engineered Solutions Group, including P&L, engineering, development, service, and support.He has a rich background in cost saving, process improvement, and operational efficiencies, which he applies at ESG to deliver better value to customers. Sekhon has more than a decade of experience in manufacturing, holding leadership positions at Precision Castparts Company, H-D Advanced Manufacturing, and Weatherford. He spent three years as a manufacturing engineer at Weatherford International and five years at Precision Castparts Company. Sekhon has an Engineering degree, a Masters in Industrial Technology from California State University, and a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
Engineering and Business Development
Omar Neumann is responsible for identifying customer technology and service requirements, and developing new technologies, applications and markets. He has more than 25 years of experience with oil and gas technologies, including extensive technical experience in design and analysis of downhole drilling tools and related equipment. Neumann held senior roles at Weatherford International in engineering, research and development, manufacturing, reliability, repair and maintenance, and quality for direction drilling, MWD, LWD, and rotary steerable systems. Neumann has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Chief Operating Officer
Brian Hollingsworth is responsible for the operations of all North American locations. He oversees the U.S. Headquarters, Warehouse, Coating Facility as well as our Canadian Warehouse, Machine Shop, and Heat Treat Facility. He has more than 20 years of design and manufacturing experience. Hollingsworth has worked with liquid metal infiltration (LMI) coating technologies and other hard surfacing techniques for more than 18 years. He has more than 12 years of direct leadership and management experience. Hollingsworth has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University Of Louisville.
Director of Sales North America
Blair Shimbashi is responsible for the ESG Sales Team. The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sales execution and performance across a number of key ESG accounts. Blair is accountable for the achievement of the sales target as well as the effective use of resources to achieve such a target aligned with ESG’s regional and global objectives. With 22+years of Oil & Gas Experience, Blair has served in Global Account Sales, Product Line Management, Area Operations, District Manager, and Sales Management Positions for Multi-National Companies and Private Equity backed companies. Graduated from Management and Marketing from MacEwan University.
